Because all rings are custom-made to your specifications, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any concerns with your order.
If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the ring at no additional cost.
Ring resizing is available for most designs. Contact us for sizing adjustments after delivery.
